Precautions
Our store, COZY, is a relaxation salon.
We are not a hospital, clinic, treatment center, or acupuncture center as defined by the Medical Care Act.
Please note that we do not offer any rejuvenating massages or sexual services.
We strictly prohibit the use of our services for such purposes or for those who wish to force others to do so.
Prohibitions
・Those under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this service.
・Abusive language, harassment, and forcing sexual services on staff are prohibited.
・Shouting loudly or any other behavior that may cause a nuisance to other customers or neighbors is prohibited.
・People who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs are prohibited from using the facility.
- We strictly prohibit exchanging personal contact information with therapists, inviting them to work outside, or any other actions aimed at poaching them to other stores.
・Acts such as voyeurism and eavesdropping are prohibited.
-People with heart disease, infectious diseases, or infections (athlete's foot, sexually transmitted diseases)
・Please note that we cannot accept calls from public phones or withheld numbers.
・If you specify a therapist, there is a possibility that your preferred therapist may be absent or late due to health reasons or other reasons.
・Please note that if your preferred therapist is unable to attend, your reservation may be cancelled or you may be offered a free session.
- If you repeatedly cancel without notice or at the last minute, you will no longer be able to make a reservation.
If you do not contact us and your reservation time is exceeded by more than 10 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled.
*If you cancel without notice, an additional cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged at the next appointment.
